solidgold.....

That blog post always puzzled me....

Update on BVIG Stock Distribution
As an update to the progress on the BVIG stock distribution, Computershare has informed the company they are now working with DTC to setup the distribution on their end and is hoping to have information over the next week or so. We have now approached the stage where shareholders will be informed of any and all progress of developments.

When you think about it March 14, 2011 was exactly 6 months after the 8K filing on Sept 15, 2010 where Kat said they they were no longer a shell company and that they had filed all necessary info needed for a Form 10. (see 8K quote below)

ITEM 5.06

CHANGE IN SHELL COMPANY STATUS

As a result of the consummation of the Acquisition described in this Current Report on Form 8-K, the Company believes that it is no longer a shell corporation as that term is defined in Rule 405 of the Securities Act and Rule 12b-2 of the Exchange Act. Accordingly, the Company has included in this Current Report on Form 8-K the information that would be required if the Company were filing a general form for registration of securities on Form 10 as a smaller reporting company.

It seems that Computershare was the one that gave Ken the wrong info, and that maybe the shares were for a 1 year restriction, not 6 month restriction.

And yes, I understand it has been longer than 1 year as of now, but there may be more delays on the other side.

What do you think?
