Oh, most intelligent investors would say it makes quite a bit of difference when evaluating the integrity of the company to look at how many shares the company has printed over the MULTIPLE reverse split they have issues over the years with ZERO to show for it.

You would hope someone considering purchasing a product "in their time of need" from a defunct scam company would at least have the modicum of wherewithal to see that the company can't even FILE that they are PRODUCING or SELLING any PRODUCT and AVOID companies like ETERNAL IMAGE!
