I don't think they are bankrupt. In the past I remember reading on their website, or maybe a PR, that they had very little to no debt. My memory is fuzzy, but I doubt bankruptcy is in the cards now. Just bad management. I do believe that if they are bought out that the company purchasing APXR would require them to come current.
