My assumption is that NSF would give MSLP a chance to correct the situation if they caught them... which they need to do. If they don't correct the issue, it could amount to a very large deal. What if they removed the NSF rating? What if they got a court order to immediately stop the sale of all products that had the NSF certification on them. What if someone was hurt using this product and used the NSF label as a major point in the case... insurance might not cover gross negligence.
I am not sure how serious the NSF takes its own label, but my suspicion may be that they do take it quite seriously.
I think the chances are relatively small that something serious is going to happen, but it DEFINITELY needs to be addressed. These kinds of oversights, while individually may not be terrible, but as a collection could end MSLP.
Don't worry though, Cory will have his 6 milly and Success book (which, IMO, is a slap in the face to every MSLP investor).
