There is one thing I don't get

For weeks the volume is <10 million and now someone is dumping with 15 and 20 million at once without the stock collapsing. Oke it's going down, but who is grabbing these blocks all of a sudden. If there is no support it would be dropping below 0,0001 in a blink of an eye.
