It is a long shot prediction, and was qualified as such

No one knows if it is true or not until it happens. It is certainly an option at this point. The fact of the matter is IWDM is going to need financing one way or the other, and that is going to take some serious dilution with the share price where it is. It takes over 16 million shares to raise $1 million.
