Well this has little to do with GARB situation and more to do with basic economics...Anytime that big gov. has sought to "help" a depressed area in the end it spells trouble for freedom and the free market.

However, that is not the topic of the board. In GARB's case it is a normal case of gov's working with the private sector to generate jobs and income for a specific area. I think the list projects or companies that gov's, federal, state and local that have teamed up with to help complete are way to long to list on the www. LOL Governments do it all the time. I don't like it, history shows us that it is not best but it is the present American reality.

So as an investor I will reap the rewards. Yes, this is nothing like the Solyndra case that company was toe up from the floe up before the gov. showed up.
