Heh, I guess Intel can save money there. Instead of
oxidation ovens the fab only needs some skylights. :-P


Snort Snort..... Yup, With the 115F+ temps around here the last couple of weeks, intel only needs to lay the wafers out on the sidewalk to achieve the required Diffusion Furnace Bake.
