First fallacy,You are assuming briscoe would be willing to give up more control, just because tracy said so??

Hence my particular point about her statement being useless..a nicety on her part at best, nothing more.

Second fallacy..."collaborative", has no real meaning. That could mean anything.

So all in all, the whole thing is meaningless.
