I talked with the transfer agent..I think we're ok....
We are the Transfer Agenet for NADE. The total outstanding shares as of
07-22-05 is 1,289,535,250 shares. The float is 1,200,600,000 shares.
I asked about the increase and she pointed out that this was due to the forward split, lets do the math.
If the O/S was 10M before the split, 10M * 100 = 1Billion..This still jives with the drop to .16 cents and does not explain why we're at .01 right now...
A good question is why they split so drastically.. A 1:10 would have created liquidity but not in such excess...
