Amigo, I respect your opinion here, but you must agree that the premise per tracy, has no actual value.

You must agree that bland statements:"collaborative management" has no real meaning.

But, like i say, time will tell. Unfortunatley, in the interim briscoe keeps fulfilling my fear meter by continually showing incompetent management in action with every NR.
