It simply doesn't make sense, no matter how you want to spin it, that a company that puts a product out to market, signs endorsement deals with top athletes, and claims to have developed a unique "science", and signs an agreement with a 3rd party fulfillment company doesn't have ANY administrative staff. Or an office (sorry uhl, their "office" is not really an office, it's just an address for a Executive suite). Think of all the documents that go back and forth in business dealings like this, documents that have to be filed, phone calls that have to be made, meetings that have to be scheduled, etc. Yet they pay their 3 top exectuives, one of who is a 28-year professional poker player, salaries of $216k and give them nice car allowances.
Why do they even publish a phone number if they admit that there is nobody there to ever answer it?
To pretend like that arrangement is anything close to normal is just plain ignorant, I'm sorry.
