Bingo, imo therein may lie our achelle's heel to our claims. Maybe briscoe will never be willing to give up sufficient control in lieu of major financing.

He seems to be only interested in fast money, where he gets to keep calling all shots..big man on campus type.

I'm saving rest of my dry powder for what I think is the coming lower SP levels here.
