I wonder if he did that too, but even if he didn't... a LARGE percentage of the OS was bought by longs when the pps was in the .003-.001 range and I know those shares will not be easily sold. Most of the shares are in good hands.

You're right in saying that we are establishing a higher base from which to launch when Black starts to issue PR's again.
