What a curious thing to say. Yang2, can you please provide a clearer analysis, per the dilution issue? I haven't had my caffeine yet, I must be missing something crucial here.

I will propose a simple example so my math-phobic self can grasp your interesting intereptation better.

Example:
Retail Investor buys 50,000 LBSR shares @0.05.

LBSR receives financing from a major mining entity --> $50,000,000 for drilling out claims etc.

LBSR r/s is conducted @ 1:40

Per your infinity calculus referenced above, please explain how your calculus is beneficial to the retail investor after the r/s is accounted for.

[CAVEAT: I reserve the right to ask stupid questions before acceptable amounts of caffeine is ingested, in order to initiate and sustain proper levels of higher levels of cognitive brain performance. I can in no way, be held liable for any grammatical errors, or unforseen illogical annecdotal oral contrivances, from which ego damage that may occur, to myself or participating on lookers. Your agreement to these facts herein; is consummated by your tepid response to my ongoing or infrequent LBSR communications. This agreement may not be modified in any way, and cannot be undone, unless by a writ of god herself, and will remain in legal effect between us; into infinity, and beyond.

Guide yourself accordingly,

TIA
