Goldfarb took this job in June with an agreement for a salary of 400K and bonus dependent on performance of 200K PLUS shares. 600k is not all that much for a company like this or for a person with his talents and leadership. Look what he did for Direct Brands. He will do for Atrn what Mullaly(spell check?) did for Ford a couple years ago. Goldfarb and many others are counting on the company turning around and pps to climb.
