I am some what at a loss regarding what software company is providing the gamebase for CGAQ? Some time back I made reference to GGL as being the software provider for CGAQ and was advised that GGL was no longer in the picture? Now we are resurrecting Ancient history as current affairs?

I personally don't think it is important what software company provides CGAQ with software as long as it is the best in the industry.

With regards to the million dollar escrow deposit - it is my understanding (opinion) that this deposit was made by an outside private investor (or group) as a good faith deposit predicated on the basis that CGAQ would be the choice to run the track. Accordingly it is not a factor that is reportable on CGAQ's financials since it is not part of nor does it belong to CGAQ.

We are no longer counting months and years but rather days and minutes until a final resolution will be handed down governing our various application to operate specific gaming events in the DR. Election day is nearing and decisions must be made. A no decision is also a decision at this time. Overall conditions at the track continues to deteriorate as time passes and I believe it is not in the best interest of either party to prolong this decision much longer. Something must be done soon or close the track permanently and I don't think will happen. Any day now something definite will be announced. Have a great week all. PB
