Some state is going to need the money soon. My state Washington sate is in legislation right now, if they dont approve ( unlikely ) then it goes to public vote in novemeber for 21 and over. The state needs money. Were not to good will ice/snow on all the hills in seattle so its chaos and cost The city $$$ when it snows. We are going through our first snow storm right now and could get real hairy the next two days! hmmm nothing like a little jab in the wallet/budget while reviewing the budget lol. thank you mother nature! she must be pro mmj.
