Vig: Mobile barcodes aren't going away for a long time. We will always see fringe technology enter the space.

Whether the symbology is QR code, or not, is still up for grabs. Marketers don't like the looks of them, but they might warm up to it over time. We do know that UPC scans overtook QR codes scans in 2011 which we anticipated. I think consumers will be hot on UPC scanning for a very long time. They have been scanning their own groceries for 2 decades now. NeoMedia can adapt to the new technology or at least they should be able to do so. The industry predicted a consumer shift to scanning UPCs in 2009 and we still don't see NeoMedia monitizing this.

Licensing calls are not being transferred to Global IP. Global IP is the direct contact for information on current partners. Laura will take the first calls on licensing -- for now.

For the con call, I don't see NeoMedia giving guidance unless they inadvertently do so in the answers. Clearly, they have an announcement to make given the timing. If they announce a permanent CEO, I think SP will increase. They could also announce a change in financing which might not go so well with buyers. I don't see much else they would or could announce after a two month window. Deals they would have 8Ked. Same with lawsuits or any other material change. It is too early for them to review 2011 numbers - especially with a new CFO.

So if it goes up on personnel changes, and has a 50% chance of PPS going up on funding news, then there is a cumulative 75% chance of it increasing after the call. And, yes, to those of you hovering over the reply key, I know it hasn't gone up in years after a con call.

I was going to sell before the call, but I will hold off. The second they go wonky on the call, I hit the sell button.
