Name rang a bell from many years ago. Dennis McLaughlin used him many times in some of his 29companies to set up bylaws and articles of Inc.
Go to Corporation wiki =Theseus Power Co, INC, Apollo Eurasia Inc and other and you will find Dennis Mc at the helm with Roger Crabb as incorporator/registered agent.

Not so with Blue Wireless Data or previous shell. Should have been no reason to change anything.

So why, what possible justification can anyone give to use this lawyer out of Dallas Tex. with these ties here in Jan 2012 with the new and revised Articles of Incorporation. Millions of choices , but HOWARD chooses a legal team from CALIFORNIA and an Incorporator from Texas to handle critical areas after 9 months of being made aware of the toxicitity of any association with the owners and their past fraudulent dealings.

You have to ask, even with an ounce of intellegence,, whats the advantage to this. Or who is making these decisions and how are they able to.
