r/s are generally the kiss of death in pink sheets..looked down upon for a whole bunch of reasons...the idea that doing a reverse split to get a stock on a board it doesnt yet belong on is not a good reason for a r/s...doing a r/s to try to keep a stock on a board it no longer qualifies for is viewed as bs also..

theres almost no good reason for a r/s..the idea that a pink sheet would want to do one or has to do one is not going to be looked at favorably..not for any reason...the share price usually gets beaten down badly...if you think thats just wonderful then i am at a loss for words because that is just plain ridiculous..

they sometimes end up working out ok...but not for companies like kblb..
