You are kidding us, right? They were going to turn down a paid vacation
and turn down the bringing of a boxing event to the D.R.. The meeting at
Tampa was for the Boxing event, that they may have as a side issue mentioned
the bidding for racetrack is another issue.

Remember the Boxing event extravaganza was to be held at the racetrack.
