With an effective IND, CTIX should be trading well over $1. That is my point. Management has failed to get the message out regarding its lead drug and the rest of the pipeline.

When NNVC has an effective IND, I guarantee the price will be well north of $1 and probably somewhere in the neighborhood of $2 to $3.

Year of the dragon?
