Somebody talk me out of buying IVR before it goes ex-div this week. I am trying to find a reason to avoid it and besides the fact they have a potential problem with credit swaps and internal valuation, I can find nothing. They plan to buy back 7M shares, insiders are spending their own money buying shares and it yields over 24% (unlikely to stay there, but hey...say it gets sliced in half to 12%). It was as high as $24 recently as well. There must be some incredible risk associated with this company I can't find.
