I can't help it but I am still trying to wrap my head around the connections of these 3 people. We have all read the agreements between Atrinsic and BDE have been terminated, but what does that really mean? I have bolded the areas for us to discuss. Please look at the last bolded statement at the end. Are we looking at a spin off, a merger, a reverse merger. Any discussion here may prove enlightening.


Kevin Bermeister has been President of Brilliant Digital Entertainment Inc. since October 1996 and Chief Executive Officer since August 2001. Mr. Bermeister serves as Chairman of the Board, Principal Accounting Officer, Acting Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Brilliant Digital Entertainment Inc. He serves as Chief Executive Officer of Altnet, Inc. Mr. Bermeister was the Founder of Sega Ozisoft Pty. Ltd. which commenced business in 1982, where he served as Co-Chief Executive Officer. He served as Acting Chairman of the Board of Brilliant Digital Entertainment Inc. He has been a Director of Brilliant Digital Entertainment Inc. since August 1996. He serves as Director of Sega Ozisoft Pty. Ltd., Packard Bell NEC Australia Pty. Ltd. and Jacfun Pty. Ltd. (Jacfun owns the Darling Harbour property occupied by the Sega World indoor theme park in Sydney, Australia). Mr. Bermeister served as a Director of Talon International, Inc., a specialty trim, printing and packaging company for the garment, accessories and related market industries in the United States since 1999. He has served on numerous advisory boards, including Virgin Interactive Entertainment Ltd. In 1992. Mr. Bermeister joined the Board of Directors of Packard Bell Australia, which became Australia’s largest manufacturer and distributor of personal computers to the home marketplace. Mr. Bermeister established a $70 million interactive theme park in Darling Harbor in Sydney, Australia. Mr. Bermeister continued to focus his effort on Brilliant Digital Entertainment and recently established Altnet Inc.

Mr. Mark Dyne is the Managing Partner at Eurocapital Partners, LLC since 2000. Mr. Dyne currently serves as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and Managing Director of EuroPlay Capital Advisors, LLC, a merchant banking and advisory firm. Mr. Dyne served as Chief Executive Officer of Brilliant Digital Entertainment Inc., a publicly traded corporation, until August 2001. From November 1998 to March 2000, Mr. Dyne served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sega Gaming Technology Inc., a Las Vegas based gaming company. Mr. Dyne was a founder of Packard Bell NEC Australia Pty. Ltd., a manufacturer and distributor of personal computers through the Australian mass merchant channel. He is a founder and former Co-Chief Executive Officer and Director of Sega Ozisoft Pty. Ltd., a leading distributor of entertainment software in both Australia and New Zealand. Mr. Dyne has been Director and Chairman of the Board of Tag-It Pacific, Inc. since 1997 and serves as Member of Governance Committee. He has been a Director of Bam Entertainment Inc. since July 2000. Mr. Dyne is a Director of Rdio, Inc. He is also a Director of Monto Holdings Pty., Ltd., a private investment company and Synthean, Inc. From June 1995 through May 1997, Mr. Dyne served as an executive officer of Sega Enterprises (Australia) Pty., Ltd., a theme park developer, which operated the $70 million interactive indoor theme park in Darling Harbor in Sydney, Australia. From October 1998 to December 1999, Mr. Dyne also served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Virgin Interactive Entertainment Ltd., a distributor of computer software programs and video games that is based in London, England. He served as Chairman of the Board of Brilliant Digital Entertainment Inc. since October 1996 and Director since 1996. He served as a Director of Future Media Productions Inc. since August 1998. He was also a Director of Skype from 2003 to 2006. Mr. Dyne also served on the boards of Joost.



Mr. Raymond C. Musci, Ray served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at Atrinsic, Inc. (formerly .New Motion, Inc.) until September 30, 2011. Mr. Musci served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Atrinsic, Inc. and served as its Principal Executive Officer and Interim Chief Operating Officer. He served as President and Chief Operating Officer of New Motion Mobile since August 2006 and President of Atrinsic since February 12, 2007. He served as Interim Chief Operating Officer of Atrinsic since March 17, 2008. He founded BAM! Entertainment Inc. and served as its Chief Operating Officer since March 25, 2003. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of BAM! Entertainment Inc. from March 25, 2003 to June 2005. He served as the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Chairman of BAM! Entertainment Inc., from July 2000 to April 2001 and as the President from October 1999 to January 2002. From October 1999 to July 2000, Mr. Musci served as BAM! Entertainment Inc.'s Chief Financial Officer and Secretary. Mr. Musci co-founded Ocean of America and served as its President and Chief Operating Officer from 1990 to May 1996. From May 1990 to July 1999, Mr. Musci served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Infogrames Entertainment Inc., (formerly Ocean of America Inc.). From August 1985 to March 1990, Mr. Musci was an Executive Vice President and General Manager of Data East USA Inc., a subsidiary of Data East Corp. Mr. Musci has been a Director of Brilliant Digital Entertainment Inc., since October 1996. He has been Director of Atrinsic, Inc since May 2007. He served as an Independent Director of Talon International, Inc. (Formerly, Tag-It Pacific Inc. ) from June 9, 2005 to July 2010. He served as a Director of BAM! Entertainment Inc., from October 1999 to June 2005. He served as a Director of the US division of Infogrames Entertainment S.A. From September 1994 to July 1996, Mr. Musci served as a Director of Ocean International Ltd., the holding company of Ocean of America and Ocean Software, Ltd., from August 1985 to March 1990. Mr. Musci holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Western New Mexico University.
