I do not think nor do I expect to get my money back. I am doing it to cease him from doing it again and to make aware to the SEC of David Saltrelli and Peter Schuster and their 45 company's in 20 years.
I know I can file it. I have done the research on what needs to be done and I will file in Mid-February. I have done enough research where, if I do not file, I'm wasting my time. I have done enough research to know that I will file two separate SEC complaints. One is for penny stocks. I will not tell you the second one. Has more impact.
