The PR on their website was released by PR Newswire, which is a press release service that a lot of companies use. They released it as they saw fit, it was not IWDM that released it.

PR Newswire is a very legit company that IWDM has hired or pays per release. If other news agencies did not pick it up that is not at the fault of IWDM.
