Do you seriously think that comparing a major shareholders position to 504 Placement *DILUTION* is the way to fluff it off?

sorry but any efforts to minimize or sweep the 504 Placement Dilution" under the rug by anyone is futile!

Fact is that Howard told me that he had used FairHills Capital for 504 Placement on Dec 8th,2011 prior to the financials released on Jan 13th,2012

I posted it here http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=70838271

He told me that They told him they wouldnt sell right away, which he stated they lied and SOLD as soon as the shares where cleared.

FairHills Capital is well known for toxic financing

Lets just review Pharmstar revealed in their latest financials

Date 12/1/11

Nature 504

Jurisdiction North
Carolina

Shares 4,819,277 @ .0031 for $15,000

Lets also look at the Historical Prices for the week of transaction revealed

2011/12/08 0.0062 0.0065 0.0062 0.0065 682,500 0.0065
2011/12/07 0.0067 0.0095 0.0060 0.0070 480,106 0.0070
2011/12/06 0.0065 0.0070 0.0060 0.0067 2,072,564 0.0067
2011/12/05 0.0090 0.0090 0.0070 0.0070 4,732,305 0.0070

2011/12/02 0.0090 0.0090 0.0080 0.0085 587,393 0.0085
2011/12/01 0.0090 0.0090 0.0080 0.0085 418,500 0.0085

keep in mind I meet with Howard on Dec 8 2011, and at that meeting he divulged to me that, FairHills had sold their position, and that he was mad at them!

So with this in mind and looking at the highlighted dates and prices iin RED, its easy to see that Fairhills sold their 4,419,277 shares between 12-5 and 12-6

and by judging what the paid for them (.0031)
we can realize a 60% discount to market
as of the Fri close 12-2-11

All I see is Dilution of shareholders shares!

This is what is called Highly Dilutive and TOXIC financing

Anyone can clearly see that anytime that Howard needs money, for anything, Rent, Bills, Payroll, Expenses etc...

He can just go to FairHills and they will be happy to give him money for shares @ 50-70% discount to market, and once those shares are cleared, they will dump them just like they did last time!

Who wouldnt want to buy shares @ .0031 when the trading was between .007-.009

Thats easy money for Fairhills, but just look at what it did to the share price right after the 504 Placements shares hit the market

Lets look at the weeks after the Dilution by Howard for just $15k
Boy he must have needed that $15K pretty bad to hurt the stock, and its shareholders like this!!
