For sure there is a confusing contradiction. I think he is filing an Appeal on the basis and in the event there is overwhelming Objection by LTW Holders to the Stipulation.


Or maybe the Appeal is so that other parties - EC & OCC - will consider the expense of an Appeal to the Estate and agree to the Stipulation.
