Have you read the press release of January 9, 2012?

It's there in BLACK & WHITE. not what CEO Swank said, but the letter that at
the pleadings of CGAQ the commissioner wrote to Mr. Swank. The racetrack
has not been put up for a bidding and there is no intentions of doing so.

You just can't seem to believe what the Horse racing Commissioner of the
Dominican Republic is saying. Forget the press release it's just more "pie
in the Sky" . The letter from the Commissioner himself is what counts.
