JAG has only exclusive distribution rights directly with Primo, and is utilizing the rights to sell through HFBG/ NDCI. So, he'll never have any distribution rights to anything. His state/ county checks may give him food stamps and medical... and possibly section 8, but they aren't going to give him money to produce anything.
