Over a 12 month period, STHG hit .0015 or higher two times. I think sometime in the next 12 months STHG will run again. I would be surprised if STHG broke .0015 as each run has led to lower highs. There will be a company name and symbol change happening in the future. After this is complete, there may be some interest. It would seem that this level, between .0003-.0004, is a time to accumulate.
