I emailed john diaz personally at [e-mail] but yet to hear anything back. He sent me an email back in december talking the same old song and dance. Blah blah blah. Trust me that I want this company to succeed because I have so much money tied up on it, but like many here, its getting old. I keep meaning to send an email to the fyzz to find out their relationship with frn. I don't think Metallica is too concerned with suing a company that has no money. Why waste their resources when they can just use the money to make their own 3d movie. A movie shot in 3d not one converted from 2d.
