The yearly report contradicts most of the info you just posted! I simply can only go by the filed information, not what an ex-employee who was attempting to get his job back in a December meeting with Howard has to say!

Btw- since taber's name was allegedly on your certs. And you have known this for many,many months...why reveal this now that you have sold your shares??

Shall I share with the board what taber and Tommy had to say about your involvement with them and how LONNNGG ago that started??
