I believe you are doing the right thing Sir, I think what many of us found out with our PHAR is that it was more no matter how things look, seem, appear on the outside, there are just things that many dont know about, and with penny stocks, it much more than just trying to do simple Due Diligence, as we have found out that it is much more involved, and goe much deeper than what we thought...


reguardless of what others say I do believe that Pharmstar would have continued to conceal certain issues from shareholders, if I hadnt found out directly from Howard the reality of what was going on, and then posted many of my findings on this board!
I believe this forced them to come out with some of these truths publically...

What you dont see... is me smashing PHAR on other boards

that is telling as well...

The info I put out is real, and it is truthful

Its up to others to compare what I posted to the end of year financials to see that infact I did know information prior to its release!!

I think its obvious that my info was credible, and that if they didnt reveal things like the 504 Placements... and PATB LLC having shares then they might have been subject to SEC scrutiny.


So in summary...like me or not, I did help bring things to light that frankly people would of, and could of never known, unless they got that close to Howard and Tommy as I did!
