Went through the 10 with a closer look, none of the major players in this game are taking funds, Larrucea,Bozanic even the holder of the 3.1mil(small portions to 3rd parties). I am no expert by no means but this $7,159,130.00 is a non cash derivative and is more of a accounting ploy of full discloser for the write off. How many on this board turn a profit every year? If you take the 7.1 out of the balance things look alittle different. The only place that even mentions dilution is one line that says "may result in dilution" have never read a penny 10 that has not said that somewhere. For the fact that the major players are not taking profit I for one am staying in and buying more. For the naysaers on this board have fun with this one. jmo
