(And what are you doing wasting your time on such a flaky company as DGIN? LOL)

One more question - was or is there a "freeze period" or a period of time where anybody who held through this R/S is not able to sell the shares that they held pre-split. I had thought I read something about a hold period of 20 days or something.

Is this a standard rule that applies to R/S's? I'm about to go through another R/S (of a legitimate company, in conjunction with an R/M) and would like to be able to sell my shares literally on the first day of the R/S if I so choose.
