No, they don't make any sense at all, in spite of Mr. Hoffman's bluster and the misuse of scientific terms he hopes that nobody on this MB understands.

You can't program information into other substances that then gets translated into biological action such as killing the HIV or curing cancer using electromagnetic radiation, which after all is a scalar quantity as expressed in the one diagram included in what purports to be the Japanese patent for this snake oil.

At least not using any known principle in the current paradigm of physical, biological or information sciences.

To do so would reqwuire us to discard most modern scientific knowledge including all of Einstein's work on quantum theory, all particle physics, as well as a good chunk of mathematics and all of biology. Oh, and chemistry too, obviously.

Occam's razor tell us this it is infinitely more likely that AQLV is a scam than that the entire scientific canon is wrong.

That should be obvious to the meanest of intelligences.
