There's all kinds of talk on Raging Bull about a major share dump. People who have spoken to transfer agents are claiming that there are suddenly 1.5 billion outstanding shares. I bought into this stock at a penny a few days ago. I sold a quarter of my shares on Friday for .012. If people are right about the outstanding share figures, the stock should obviously be lower than a penny; however, I think there's good reason to believe that 1.5B isn't accurate.
