Educated Guess to WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON!!!

Brad has already ticked off FINRA with his arrogance and 100 calls a day and bossy attitude telling them they aren't moving fast enough, they aren't doing their job, etc.

He likely found out that FINRA agrees he has no case and that is why he started saying even if the RS does go thru he won't stop.

Brad has no attorney... he has a drug rehab buddy who is an attorney apparently. I think even he realizes Brad has no case. Brad is doing the letter writing and placing the calls and litigating it on ihub... so if he had a lawyer, his lawyer would do all of that.

The HFBG Lawyer has told Brad to go away and settle down. This has just got his ego ALL out of whack. He is being bossed about by a woman. A stron woman with a great business in her hands now that BRAD is GONE
