geof65, according to RFMKs PRs, all of their current business is being conducted in California, thus is is relevant, that is why they 1st registered there, and as long as they are not listed on a major stock exchange, they will most likely need to have some sort of Foreign Corporation registration in any other State they attempt to to operate RFMK in.
