CT, Conversely RS denied Regulators agreed with me

Brad, if your opposition to the RS and name change is what has this on hold if it's on hold at all, then when they approve it, I guess that will be the regulators admitting and proving you have no case and you are wrong. So, we can surmise at the moment the RS and name change happens, that the regulators have disagreed with you.

CT I will agree that if Regulators approve the RS and Name Change that HFBG filed for last year that means they have found proper authorization for the Corporate Action they have filed for.

HFBG filed for the Corporate Action of a Reverse Split, Name and Ticker Change "last year" and I have filed opposition to the Corporate Action of a Reverse Split, Name and Ticker Change.

This regime's 4th RS and Name Change Rinse and Repeat is still on Hold and they are examining everything for proper authority of the HFBG Corporate Action.

Therefore if Corporate Action of RS and Name Changes are denied by Regulators than they agree with my proper authority to oppose it.

Conversely would you agree if Regulators do not approve it that Regulators have agreed with my Authority?

So can we also surmise at this moment if RS and name change on Hold currently does not ever happen, that the regulators have disagreed with Jessica Gutierrez's Authority?

Now regardless of what happens with RS and Name Change filed last year that is still on Hold. Their is a very serious dispute which I for one declare will not end here even if my opposition prevails.

Of course as in any legal contest there is always the possibility of a Settlement. I'am now in talks with HFBG Corporate Counsel but so far I have not even got the Corporate records HFBG has always concealed even after my Lawyer requested them in writing. So those thinking this is just a charade have no idea how serious of a contest this could become.

Now CT back to your RS wishes, I'am certain that you are presuming by your statement "when they approve it" because I know for a fact RS and Name Change is still on hold and they continue examining everything for it's proper authority.

Finally I assure you even if your wish for RS and Name Change were to be granted, my efforts to stop these perpetrators will not
END at just this Corporate Action opposition!

Look at what they alone have done the past 6 months SINCE I'AM GONE!

The Placement of the Tea in US Foodservice and Red Robin were a result of Dennis Donchez and my investment in time and money! There was a lot more to come including Major Grocery Chain Placement BUYER THAT WAS NEGOTIATED but Jessica would not pay the slotting fees!

All Placement Dennis and my investement achieved is in Jeopardy! I got statements you would not even believe and Calvin and Jessica know this! Dennis and I were both smeared and defamed with lies and misinformation so they could continue business of "share selling".

Jessica took the Credit for Placement Dennis and I achieved. She actually presented herself as the money person behind HFBG. She was propped up and promoted by Stealth relationship with Convicted Felon Ken Kerr and his non legal entity Stock House Group Facebook Trading Group doing stock promotion.

"She has achieved nothing but Dilution of our Tea to a liquidation wholsaler who sold to Big Lots and Dilution of Shares!"

"She also got Purchase Orders from US Foodservice and WHAM"

I do not know of any investment either her or JAG Food and Beverage Holdings, LLC made for HFBG at all. I know I paid her myself the whole time I was in control from May 17, 2011 until July and "she paid nothing".

The most incredible thing of all this is she never continued with our business of Placement, Grounded Dennis immediatey when I left
and has made countless Public Disclosures of "Placement News Coming Soon" and failed to deliver! Than there was the long period of Darkness with DTCC promoted story while shareholders continued to buy and over 1 Billion shares remained on Bid for weeks until stock ultimately went to No Bid under her continued Dilution right where Calvin and Giovanni left off!

I was silent for 6 months and everything I have informed shareholders is the truth! I have nothing to hide. From date of my REAL 50% Control on May 17- thru July when I was fired there was NO DILUTION and I funded as agreed on May 17, 2011 for 50% Super Voting Shares!

They can smear me all they want, their Fraud is coming to a END!

They can twists dates, cook corporate books, but I got everything I

need including the "Actual 50% Super Voting Shares" TA issued me.

I'am not handling this here only but also with Regulators and Law.

It will take time for Truth and Justice but it's coming and in the

meantime their RS and Name change is still on hold because my

opposition filed with Regulators.

Regime now promoting the fraudulent control for a RINSE and REPEAT for 4th Ticker Symbol and Name Change I Oppose!
