All the things you describe are chemical changes wrought by the input of energy of one sort or another, achieved by physical means.

However AQLV itself disclaims any chemical mode of action for its claimed "technology".

Even if AQLV were wrong, and they were causing chemical changes in the target of their mysterious waveforms, the idea that this magically transformed substance would then cure cancer and treat AIDS is beyond laughable to anybody who is scientifically literate.
