Well you have to admit everyone said all Joe wanted was to get control of QASP and cellar box it, run it to .0001 and kill it. And what happened right after he gets control? He puts out multiple PR's with total BS - sells 200+ million shares - and drives it right to where everyone said he wanted it. Bad CEO? Or a very good CEO that got exactly what he wanted?

His next step is a 1000:1 R/S. Care to ask him why he wants this? He won't answer me.
