It is certainly being accumulated and being run up right now. Nice move from .021. On the daily however it looks a bit risky or overbought. Only from the perspective that if you chase it now and it pulls back, you might get shaken out. If however it does continue without a pullback and it eclipses the most recent high of .0348 then it might be worth a trade. The weekly chart is more interesting as it shows a nice base and that the stock could very well break out from there. Best of luck to you
