This link seems to imply that Muscle Pharm itself is NSF certified.
The issue of false claims on their packaging is a HUGE concern to any shareholder. I just looked at my bottle of Combat and it does have the same NSF logo on there as Assault does.
I hope they clear this up for everyone soon.
