That's true. In fact, that even makes a lot more sense. Pump and dump the ticker to change the association of the company as a pump and dump. He can pump it as a different company. To apply more rationale to that, he changed the company from a shell company on the 25 of July which is right around the same time as the ticker change to wash his hands from the whole association from the pumping.
