If the product doesn't go through the certification process then it's not certified no matter what the product is. Even if it's simply a vitamin c tablet. If it doesn't go through the certification process it's NOT certified.
When it's not certified it doesn't carry the certification logo.
Under your logic nothing Musclepharm makes would have to go through the certification process because they would be "inherently NSF approved".
You need to go read what the NSF process entails so you can gain a little understanding of what's going on here.
