Although I wouldn't have put it quite the way litar did, I doubt that calling untrue statements "lies" could be in any way, shape or form, construed as slander.

Now, it seems we await "The changing story" you so presciently defined as a hallmark of a scam.

On a more serious note, one wonders why, if they were actually serious about running this as a business, they did not bother to contact an accountant. Another indicator that they view the REAL gold mine to be private placements and financings.

PS - When I said yesterday that I would not have pulled your post, I was not saying I felt it did not break the rules. My hesitation stemmed from the fact that it was addressed to me and I have a fairly thick skin. If it had been a response to anyone else, I would not have hesitated to remove it.
