QUESTION.. someone respond to this if they know the answer..

I was thinking about the pump Cen-1 may possibly fund in the future.. and I was wondering if it is possible (or legal) for David to create a "bogus" company.. secretly inform Cen-1 of this "bogus" company and release PR, make deadlines in order to keep it afloat...

Then when David and Cen-1 are legally allowed to sell off their shares.. Cen-1 pumps the company so David and Cen-1 can make a profit.. and then he completely disposes of the company.

Obviously, this is illegal and unlikely.. but could a person pull off such a heist?




I'm not trying to create a conspiracy.. I'm just thinking out loud
